2025 Spring Showcase Cast Info

MANDATORY REHEARSALS
Costume Check-in
Tuesday May 27th  ~  4:30-8:30pm
** Please note that all Music Recital students have a 5pm call time for the 6pm recital.  We will work around this with their costume check-ins.

4:30 -5:30pm - Explorers - ALL Explorer Students

7:00 - 8:00pm - Performers in Training (PIT) - ALL PIT Students

8:00-8:45pm - Pre-Professional Students - ALL PPr Students

Most performers are required to have their standard base garments:
  • black leotard
  • tights (black or skin tone depending on class specifications below)
  • black bikers/leggings (unless tights are requested)
  • dance appropriate shoes - ballet/tap/jazz shoes (check with office staff if your child has been using tap/jazz shoes from WT Inventory
Some numbers will use additional wardrobe items from our costume inventory. These pieces will be available for try at this costume check.  Please bring all supplemental costume/dress pieces so that we may ensure performers have what they need.  Most costume items (including those brought from home) should remain at the school until performance day.

The costume for your child's 1st number of their show will be sent home with the expectation that all students arrive FULLY dressed for their first dance of their performance. Hair and make-up should also be done prior to arrival.  Please bring a dance bag with your child's name attached to it for storing the items that will remain at the Theater until show day.  Walltown staff/parent volunteers will manage costume changes on showdates.

Showcase Recital Fee
Recital fee of $50.00 has posted to all student accounts.  This fee (payable once per year) is due Friday, April 25, 2025.  These funds help defray the associated production costs of costuming, contracted tech, props, sets, and equipment rentals
