REHEARSALS (Schedule & Zoom Link)

Please submit all known conflicts by Wednesday, September 2. This will allow us to finalize and distribute the production schedule at the table read/master class. Once we’ve reviewed everyone’s conflicts, we will create a schedule designed to maximize participation for each performer. |

Many of the initial acting/scene rehearsals will be conducted virtually. You can log in to these either from home, or from one of the studios at Walltown. If you will need to attend at WCT, please notify office staff so that we may have the computer set up for your rehearsal. Use the link to log on and you will be placed in the ZOOM waiting room. At your designated time, you will be admitted.

Communication Guidelines for ProductionsTo ensure that families receive accurate and timely information, all official communication from Walltown Children’s Theatre (WCT) will be sent through our ClickSend MMS/SMS messaging and/or Brevo email systems.
For any production or other program related communication, please use these official channels to ensure your message reaches the appropriate staff.

- Whenever possible, messages will include a logo or program graphic at the top to help you easily identify the source.
- If a message contains too much content for a text, we will send a brief alert directing you to a follow-up email or webpage link with the full details.

If your cast member is injured, they should, if possible, still attend rehearsal so they can watch, take notes, and read their lines. This will help avoid any gaps in their learning.

If your cast member is sick, please do NOT bring them to rehearsal so we can limit exposure to the remaining cast. When possible, we will set up a ZOOM feed so that they may still view the rehearsal and receive notes along with the rest of the cast.
