WT Theater Clean-Up Week - ALL HANDS ON DECK!!
April 28-May 4, 2025 Calling all parents, guardians, and theater lovers — it’s time for a little spring cleaning! We’re launching a weeklong Theater Clean-Up and we could really use your help to whip our creative spaces into shape. From the Lock-up to the Costume Room, RJMS Music Studio, Moore Studio, Dressing Rooms, Backstage, Under the Audience Area, and the Basement — there’s a LOT to tackle, and plenty of work for hands of all ages and skill levels. We’ll be working throughout the week, mostly during the day (perfect for at-home parents!), with some evening slots available for those who can swing by after work. Each day we’ll focus on a different area — stay tuned for the schedule! Whether you can come for a couple of hours or a full day, your help will make a huge difference in getting our theater spaces functional, safe, and inspiring for our students and productions. |
What we DO is impossible without YOU!!
Whether in-season or off - before lights-up or long after they "fade to black", there's always work to be done in, and around the Theatre - much more than we can handle alone. As a volunteer, giving your time, talent, and resources, allows us to continually deliver the best experience to our students, their families and the Bull City theater community.

Production Help
Ushering at our shows and productions Building & crafting sets for our shows and productions Sewing , ironing, and altering costumes Inventorying costumes with our Production team.
