Walltown believes in meeting the community where it lives—outside our theater walls and in the heart of Durham and beyond. Participating in local festivals, parades, cultural celebrations, and competitions is our way of giving back, lifting up the arts, and showing our students that their talent has the power to connect, inspire, and serve.

These events allow our young artists to perform with purpose, represent the values of inclusivity and excellence, and take pride in being part of something bigger. Whether on a city stage or a competition floor, we show up with joy, heart, and artistry.

Your Energy Fuels Us! We don’t just perform in the community—we perform with the community behind us.
When our Walltown families show up to cheer, clap, yell, and sing along, it lights a fire in our young performers.

Your support from the sidelines gives us the strength to rise, the courage to shine, and the energy to leave it all on the stage. So bring the noise, bring the love—and let’s show the city what Walltown is made of!
