2wk Summer Dance Sessions

Session I  ~ Monday - Thursday, June 16-27, 2025
Session II ~
Monday - Thursday, July 7-18, 2025
$55-$135

Explorer (EXP) Division (3:45pm - 4:30pm)
Our Explorer Level-Up class is specially designed for younger students who are new to dance. Because the summer session is just two weeks long, we meet twice per week instead of once. This increased exposure gives young dancers a better chance to engage with the material, get comfortable with the class structure, and begin developing basic skills.

It also helps families more confidently assess whether their child is ready to commit to a longer session in the fall—making it a perfect low-pressure way to test the waters before jumping in!

Performers In Training (PIT) Division (4:30pm - 5:30pm)
Our PIT Level-Up classes meet once per week and are ideal for students who are still exploring their interest in dance or may be new to it altogether. This short summer session allows young dancers to build foundational skills in a relaxed, supportive setting. It’s also a great opportunity for families to gauge whether a student is ready to commit to a full-season class in the fall.

Pre Professional (PPr) Division (5:30pm - 6:30pm)
Pre-Professional Level-Up classes meet once weekly and are designed to help experienced dancers maintain and refine their technique over the summer. While there is no minimum enrollment requirement, dancers who intend to audition for Dance Company and choose to opt out of Boot Camp are required to attend all Level-Up sessions in their assigned track.

Participation in Level-Up also plays a critical role in determining fall class placements. Dancers are evaluated during these sessions, and those who are not yet demonstrating readiness for advanced material may be placed in lower-level technique classes for the season. These sessions give dancers a chance to stay sharp, improve placement outcomes, and step confidently into the fall semester.

Saturday Ballet & Pre-Dance Fusion

Saturdays, June 21-July 19 (5 weeks)
$90
Picture
Ballet is considered the foundation of all dance techniques, and its technique can improve the overall technique, coordination, body awareness, and musicality of other dance styles. Ballet provides the basic arm and leg movements needed in jazz, modern, tap, and ballroom. Ballet also helps dancers develop self-discipline of the body in terms of how you move and the correct placement, a skill that also translates well into school life and adulthood.  Whether your child is exploring, learning the basics, or adding to their foundation, our Saturday Ballet classes will help advance them on their dance journey.

As children interact with other kids and teachers while exploring dance and movement, they develop strong connections physically and mentally.  Dance helps build flexibility, coordination, and greater range of motion; encourages creativity; increases self-confidence; and promotes development of social skills.  The skills they develop as young children stay with them for the rest of their lives.
