What we DO is impossible without YOU!!

Whether in-season or off - before lights-up or long after they "fade to black", there's always work to be done in, and around the Theatre - much more than we can handle alone.  As a volunteer, giving your time, talent, and resources, allows us to continually deliver the best experience to our students, their families and the Bull City theater community.

​Here are some ways you can help, and if you can think of another way that isn't listed here, please give us a shout -- it's not that we don't need it, we just haven't thought of that yet!!

General Help
Homework Help and reading assistance to young students

Clean-up Help on coordinated Fall/spring studio spruce-up days (twice each year)

Transportation help for field trips
General repairs and maintenance of our facilities

Production Help
Ushering at our shows and productions
Building & crafting sets for our shows and productions

Sewing , ironing, and altering costumes
Inventorying costumes with our Production team.

Backstage Assistance with student placement, and noise control

Pre-show assistance with costumes, hair, make-up, and snacks

Purchasing, Donating, Preparing and/or Selling concessions during our shows and productions

Soliciting donations of production items, concession items, and sponsorships

Financial Help
Connect us with people, organizations, and opportunities that support organizations like ours financially and we'll take it from there

Promote WCT and refer students, instructors and talent who may be interested in joining the our theater family
